BUYPOC is a Black, Indigenous and POC entrepreneur-run initiative. We aim to increase economic opportunities for Montreal’s diverse entrepreneurs. BIPOC entrepreneurs are disproportionately affected during the COVID-19 pandemic for two critical reasons: they tend to face underlying issues that make it harder to run and scale successfully, and they are more likely to be concentrated in the industries most immediately affected by the pandemic. Can’t shop? Well you can encourage BIPOC entrepreneurs by sharing their work on your socials to amplify their visibility!
