Lakay Express has been baking and serving Haitian Patties here in Montreal since 2018. We believe in providing high-quality pastry with a taste from what we used to eat in Haiti but with our own touch. I started this business because I was tired of eating dry patties with barely any meat and hearing criticism about Haitian Patties, and believed there was a better way. We’re looking forward to expanding our business and launching a new online platform, and locally sourced baked goods.
