Sâkihito-Maskihkiy

Sâkihito-maskihkiy translates to love medicine in nêhiyawêwin (Plains Cree), and that is the energy I put my art, which reaches the community. I make beadwork, and I like to emphasize queer joy and queer representation. Each piece is usually one of a kind, whether it’s a pair of earrings, a keychain, bracelet, etc. For me, my brand is all about indigenous joy and being able to express my identity through art. Indigiqueer representation is so important, and I am grateful to be a part of it.
